Comfortable, new and very clean room with a wonderful panoramic view. A big variety of salads as appetizer (for dinner ) saved actually the dinner, as the main course was quiet small. Impressive pleasant staff, smiling and very attentive with all the clients. A delicious breakfast with varied options of bread, cheese, bacon, sausages, eggs (fried), croissants and other baked goods.

I have stayed in many hotels but this one was the best of all. Not only because of the magical location of the shore of Achensee and embraced by mountains but also because of the facilities, the staff and the food. Let's start with the room: this is the first hotel room where bathroom and toilet are separated. Fantastic idea! The room was spotless clean and the cleaning staff deserve a big applause! The room was silent, well isolated. The walls are not paper thin, you can barely hear anything from outside. It even has a balcony which is also not common. The spa facilities are huge and well-maintained, offering a wide range of possibilities. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff super helpful and costumer oriented. The staff deserves all the recognition they can get, they are the ones carrying the hotel on their shoulders and you can see that they are working real hard.

This was our first holiday as a family of three with our 4 month old baby boy - it couldn't have been more perfect!! Booking rather last minute and I was only able to book half-board which I have never done before however we will be coming back and we will be booking half-board again. The breakfast and dinners are out of this world! The choices available are incredible! The room was wonderful, wonderful views of the mountains from both of our balconies. Just perfect! For anyone with small children who want to get out and experience the mountains still, this is the place for you, the paths up and down the valleys and even up the mountains to a few huts/peak pushchair accessible. The staff were all excellent, incredibly friendly and the owners are also wonderful, working alongside their team. This whole experience couldn't have been more perfect for our little Family, so many firsts for our Son and so many precious memories made! Thank you and we most definitely will be back! 🥺☺️🏞️🏖️

The staff were all excellent, incredibly friendly and the owners are also wonderful, working alongside their team. This whole experience couldn't have been more perfect for our little Family, so many firsts for our Son and so many precious memories made! Thank you and we most definitely will be back! 🥺☺️🏞️🏖️

We had such horrible time at this hotel that it could only...

We had such horrible time at this hotel that it could only be described as holiday from hell. I have never seen as such disregard of our well being of hotel guest and total absence of owner. We arrived on 15th July and given room key of our room without any assistance to our luggage etc. In restaurant we were given table that was divided by curtain and resemble in school canteen rather than 4 star hotels in Austria. I notified our dietary requirements however we were constantly told that hotel has fixed menu and self-service. I have never seen as carelessly prepared food in my life. There was beef or pork in menu and we were served from children’s menu of chicken nugget with some chunky carrots without and sauce etc. We managed to get fried Chicken fillet after speaking with restaurant manager however it was too much over cooked and chewy that I couldn’t ‘even cut it with knife and unfit for consumption. All dining room staff are aware of problem with quality of food however they are helpless to improve. Every day we wake up and thought when we go home and end the pain

An excelent establishment, very well taken care of, a lot of attention given to details. The owners were there almost daily, open and available for any feedback. Traditional building, with a lot of facilities (spa, pool indoor connecting with outdoor, spacious bar, yet cozy, very good food, generous playroom for kids, parking outdoor and underground, lecture room, own water spring in the restaurant, great evening programs). This is a go to hotel, over and over. Situated in a small village, yet so close to the highway.

The environs and ambience which was calm, soothing, relaxing yet sophisticated, beautiful. This hotel facilities cater for every need. Nothing was too much to ask for. I loved the food and all the very attentive bar and dining staff. I loved the spa, the live music entertainment in the evening. The hotel room s serious about food too. No wonder hotel is called Wellness hotel. And not to forget very kind and friendly staff!
