Lovely apartment with it's own private sauna and log burner. The view from the bed was fantastic! Breakfast served in your room or optionally go down to the main hotel. Quick access to the piste via a private lift. Nadja on the hotel reception and all of her colleagues were amazing.

Shalet Mondspitze was, as the name suggests, simply fantastic. We used the pool and saunas every evening and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We felt very comfortable from the very first minute. Lake Lünersee is absolutely stunning. We hiked in various gorges and enjoyed the natural beauty and the mountains.

Wald am Arlberg is beautifully situated in the heart of the Klösterle Valley (Vorarlberg). It's not a tourist town, and it doesn't have a historic center. While this isn't a bad thing, if that's what you're looking for in a holiday, you're better off looking elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. From here, you can easily reach some great places to visit. The town itself also has a fantastic cable car with a great playground at the top. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby. It's very easy to find.

The hotel is being renovated and modernized.

The hotel is being renovated and modernized. It's in a beautiful location with stunning views from the windows. It's expected to reopen in December 2022, shining in its new splendor. A lovely place to relax and for activities in the surrounding area. The owner of this hotel and guesthouse is very knowledgeable and has excellent information about activities in the region.

Britta's friendly and excellent service was outstanding. There's plenty to do in nature around Wald am Arlberg, and there are also good restaurants, for example in Klösterle. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, which made us enjoy the wonderful apartment all the more.

The location (Wald am Arlberg) is easy to reach and well located. 20 minutes drive from St Anton. Really lovely landscapes and the snow! Britta and her team were really reactive and pleasant. They are always reachable and available. Excellent services offered. The chalet (rufikopf) was clean, recent and nicely decorated. Perfect to host 2 couples and 2 kids. The sauna was brand new and clean. Really nice to have in the chalet. The TV room in the basement was cool. The swimming pool (shared) was really clean and nice

The property was nice with a good,modern renovation,very comfortable bed and sofa,even pillows and bed linen were super comfortable and soft.Big and spacious bathroom,fully equipped kitchen!The owner of the hotel did a very good job on making that apartment look great and everything was exceptional! I liked also a mountain view and quiet area!If you want to just chill and relax it’s a perfect place to stay! Also we had our own terrace where we could chill and enjoy views. I wish every hotel would be like that!

The family room has really a decent size, it was confortable and clean. The hotel is fine and really close to the parking if you want to ski (3min drive). You could even take the bus which is stopping in front of the hotel or walk there in around 10min. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out were quite fast.

The Bilgeri family run an extremely friendly and welcoming hotel which is spotlessly clean , comfortable and serves excellent food. Their well trained staff could not have made my stay more enjoyable.
