The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The room was simple and cosy. The location is the center of the quaint town of Wallsee. We had a lovely walk down to the river and around the castle (which isn't open to the public). There is a supermarket across the street, a bakery next door and a lovely restaurant with nice decor and good food right in the hotel. For cyclists (like us) they have a garage to store the bikes. I felt the price was great for the comfortable room and wonderful hospitality.

I've been on transit with my sun, and we stayed only 1 night but we've been amazed by location. A cozy house with all facilities in a very quiet and beautiful small town. I would like to come back with my entire family. Very relaxing location.

- The hosts are extremely nice and helpful - we arrived late afternoon, and they made a wonderful dinner for us - they also thought of our 1.5 year-old son - Our son was sick and his nose needed to be cleaned regulary - we usually use a vacuum cleaner and this sort of "nose cleaning kit for babies" which the host was not familiar with. As they have several grand children we showed them how it´s done and we laughed good-naturedly when they vowed to buy the stuff for their family :))) - The room is more than enough for a family of three. IT is spacious. Child safety is top, we could let our son roam the room without any fear. - The hot shower after the long drive was heavenly.

We were on a cycling tour and stayed overnight at the inn.

We were on a cycling tour and stayed overnight at the inn. The young innkeeper is exceptionally nice (and so is his mother!). We were greeted with a wine tasting. The food was also absolutely delicious (everything was fresh and prepared with care).

A warm, friendly welcome. Enjoyed the delicious refreshing Perry (cider) on arrival. Loved the location in the centre of pretty Wallsee with its beautiful historic buildings. The room was basic and very comfortable. The homemade food from local produce prepared by the owner was delicious. A perfect stay.
