We loved the vibe there, we came for the music festival but...

We loved the vibe there, we came for the music festival but stayed for 9 days as seemed a shame not to take in some cruises, can recommend the Camira, but make sure you don’t have mobility issues The stunning views over the bay and the Islands are fantastic whatever the weather, the board walk and the esplanade are really lovely. Loved KC’S with live music every night Handy having a woolies, bottle shop and pharmacy right in town We were a bit unprepared for the restaurant and bar prices We had a great couple of nights out on 1 of the islands, definitely would do that again.

Busy but beautiful, I felt things were over priced and the service culture was lost, came for a family wedding from the UK and stayed elsewhere then returned but would have been disappointed is the hotel was my only experience of Airlie

Disappointed with not a lot of Gluten Free options...

Disappointed with not a lot of Gluten Free options advertised on the Menus at the restaurants. Feel it needs something more. Mostly food places less other stores. Lovely and clean awesome views. Loved the trip we took to Whitehaven Beach words can't describe it.

Airlie Beach is beautiful.

Airlie Beach is beautiful. It has a mix of young people/back packers and a few us oldies. The main street is full of bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and has a major supermarket. On Saturdays it has the community market by the foreshore. The marinas are close and you can get to them by foot. A great walking track along the foreshore. The lagoon pool is at the foreshore. Airlie Hotel, the Deck, Boho for breakfast and the best acai bowls. We had a hire car and only used it to venture further out otherwise we walked everywhere. Did a day trip to Hamilton Island and Whitehaven beach. Lovely to see and experience.

I love the vibe of Airlie beach there is so much activities to experience I love how booking.com also offers activities within the area as this makes it easily accessible to book activities. Where we stayed was walking distance to Main Street shops, night life etc. We are making Airlie beach an annual event.

This is a cracking spot to visit ,weather is consistent the vibe of the town is just great. Loads to see and do in the area . A visit to Whitehaven Beach is a must. Fishing charters ,jetski rides and yachting or power boat trips are also worth doing .

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The pool area was amazing. The walk to the town was only a short walk, you would need to get a taxi back as it is up a big hill which was a struggle in the heat. It did not bother us as taxis were cheap and they could bring you to the door. Taxi drivers did mention pinnacles was the only drive way in that area they were allowed to drive into. I will be staying here again when visiting Airlie beach. It was lovely and peaceful which was what we were looking for.

Magnificent 5 star resort! The apartment and views were next level. Massive balcony overlooking the stunning marina, with 2 seperate sitting areas. Huge apartment, which had actually been transformed from a 2 brm to 3 brm by converting the study area. Just far enough out of town to be able to enjoy the solitude, but close enough to drive or even walk into the heart of Airlie Beach. Highly recommend this property, I didn’t want to leave.

Absolutely a great location! Close to the Airlie Hotel and the main street and the walk was flat. Compared to lots of other hilly accommodation in Airlie the location was ideal and walking was easy. Sitting on the balcony at night enjoying the view we were often amused by the colourful language as people struggled up the mountainous hill at the back of the apartments.

amazing views, staff were so friendly and attentive. the apartments were so spacious. a free shuttle bus from the hotel takes and brings back guests from airlie beach lagoon. all good and drink was excellent. highly recommend.
