Best little holiday town in Tassie.
Best little holiday town in Tassie. Friendly, happy welcoming vibe. And of course the mountain biking is excellent. Nice cafes. Hire facilities. Shuttle to top of mountains. Best little pub too - the Dorset.

This farmhouse is fabulous if you like being away from it all. A short drive into two towns with food and other facilities.
The house has everything you need however the double bed was a little short for my tall husband.

Its location was ideal for our MTB activities in Derby. We walked easily into town for dinners.
The property offered heaps of space for four of us
The bike garage was perfect for us to build, maintain and securely store our four mountain bikes
Beds were very comfortable
The view was AWESOME every morning and afternoon
Kitchen facility very generous

We were incredibly impressed with how stunning the room was. Also the comfort, ease of booking and check in, little thoughtful touches from the owners, also the proximity to town. We'll probably come back to Derby just for the accommodation!

Incredibly clean room, amazing shared bathroom facilities, friendly staff and locals. I sat in the bar for most of the night chatting to the staff and locals. I would definitely recommend staying at the Dorset Hotel.

Derby Phoenix is a comfortable and well equipped place to enjoy Derby. A short walk or ride to restaurants, lake and sauna, pump track and mountain tracks. Friendly and helpful communication from the owner.

Perfect location to access Blue Derby Trail, epic deck that overlooks the Trail head and veiws of the river.
Good bike storage and wash bay facilities. Super comfy beds. Excellent coms with the owner.
