Jindabyne is a great base for a winter ski holiday. Approximately 30 minutes drive to either Thredbo or Perisher. Plentiful accommodation, good cafes and restaurants, lots of ski hire shops, good buzzy atmosphere.

This place is much better in spring and summer, way too...

This place is much better in spring and summer, way too crowded in winter and ridiculous prices for everything, car parking is frustrating with small bays and close together with no where near enough spaces, over priced and basic eateries and food, we experienced rude staff to people in one restaurant and don't bother without a booking, they do have a coles if you don't mind fighting through screaming children and crowds.

Jindabyne is a great place to visit, Summer or Winter.

Jindabyne is a great place to visit, Summer or Winter. Not only are there many outdoors activities, there are great restaurants to try, excellent coffee and some of the most beautiful scenery to be found. If you like skiing or snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking or photography, Jindy is a great home base.

Very poor shopping facilities, but the pub with the lake...

Very poor shopping facilities, but the pub with the lake view was brilliant & the club was nice aswell. Perisher was disappointing as if your not sking they have no activities for non skiers and getting charged $29 for parking. Thredbo was nice, but same as Perisher not skiing then there are no activities and also $29 parking fee

Jindabyne is the place to stay any part of the year in the...

Jindabyne is the place to stay any part of the year in the mountains, because you are never alarmed or afraid, your options are wide open to go or retreat and I love all the Snowy locations and have been there many times, walked the circuit twice and to the top all directions many times. Jindabyne has the entertainment, the shops, the accommodation and the glorious views, plus the lake of course. Your ski locations are a choice, By all means go to Thredbo and stay, its great ,if the the snow is thick, good fun, but your choices are few. Jindaybyne is not in the National Park, fees can be paid daily, $17 or for longer.

Jindabyne has a great vibe.

Jindabyne has a great vibe. All of the locals we met were pleasant and welcoming. The scenery is beautiful. Its only a short drive to Kosciusko National Park and there are heaps of tourist activities in the area.

Perfect location next to the park and Snowy Region Visitor Centre, as well as shops and restaurants. So stylish decor of the room and bathroom. Spacious and comfy. Netflix and YouTube available in TV. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor but they are paid extra. I appreciate the possibility of earlier check-in as we were travelling by bus and we were in the hotel around 11am.

Hosts were exceptional to deal with, supplied information regarding access and check in very early, were also very understanding when a security bond payment failed. Accommodation is a very comfortable and lux residence. Location is very close to the shopping centre and easy to walk to most of Jindabynes hotspots.

The location of this property is very close to the Jindabyne town centre. I also like how warm this accomodation is and it’s perfect for families with young kids. I also like they have two car spaces in the garage to avoid frost on the car.
