    Lancefield is a little rural town in the Macedon Ranges.

    Lancefield is a little rural town in the Macedon Ranges. It is steeped in history. Lots of other interesting small towns nearby. Lovely friendly people. We stayed at Lancefield Lodge for 5 nights, and loved it so much, we went back for another 2 nights. We'll definitely go there again.

    Well equipped comfy room.

    Well equipped comfy room. No traffic noise or other room noise issues. Ideal location for us attending a family wedding reception at nearby Cleveland Estate Winery. (Check out the Winery accommodation charges & see why we did not stay there)

    The scenery was spectacular everywhere you looked had a beautiful view. We were greeted with a nice glass of bubbles. We had lunch which was delicious and buffet Breakfast in the morning was very good with plenty of choice. Enjoyed the wine tasting in the cellar bought a few bottles - will definitely be back😎🥂

    The location, the scenery was beautiful.

    The location, the scenery was beautiful. Township itself is a typical country town wide Main Street old buildings. Didn’t notice any MacDonald’s etc . There is a lovely country town near by called Romsey with a nice cafe, Kynton isn’t that far away either which is great to visit, plenty to see and do.

    Beautiful and clean little town with a nice selection of quaint shops. We had a lovely pub meal and bought goods from the bakery and a cafe which were also delicious. The purpose of our stay was to visit Edgar's Mission early the next morning. Next time we intend to stay longer.

    The owner could not be more helpful the rooms were very good...

    The owner could not be more helpful the rooms were very good and the thought of leaving your car there and free transport to the airport and pick up is incredible. I would recommend this motel to any one.
