Superb location, magnificent view, beautiful linen on the most comfortable bed/pillow. Fabulous shower and shower products. I would have loved to have stayed longer, I would have sat on balcony all day. I could just go on and on, I loved Hampton on the Bay.

The cottages have an excellent location, practically on the beach. Surroundings of the cottages landscaped, parking space right next to the cottage. Outdoor seating. From the terrace and from the glazed living area overlooking the sea. Very good and nice amenities, including the bathroom, better than many hotels and guesthouses. Separate and efficient heating also in the bathroom. The town can be reached by walking along the beach. We were thrilled and didn't want to leave.

Beautifully refurbished barracks from the early 19th century. you can see that both owners John and Kim have poured their heart out for this unique property. Owners were very kind, attentive and knowledgeable about Triabunna and surroundings, yet very respectful of guests’ private space. They certainly are the perfect hosts!

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful spot . I spent a lovely afternoon exploring the gorgeous old buildings and researching and reading about the history of the farm . Bed was comfy and warm with electric blanket and cosy bedding.
