We go to Maleny reasonably often and we love the area. There are some great cafes, and interesting shops, events, and places to visit. Don't miss visiting Mary Cairncross Park, including the excellent cafe, and the Maleny Botanic Gardens.

We visit family in Brisbane from Scotland and always look forward to our return trip to Maleny. Beautiful shops and people so friendly. Stunning scenery to enjoy. Views of the Glasshouse mountains breathtaking. To us it’s a special place.

Maleny is a quaint, beautiful and magical place.

Maleny is a quaint, beautiful and magical place. We loved the trail from the property into town, loved to walk around the little boutique shops and also great that all amenities can be bought there. The pharmacy isn't open on Sunday's so take note. We recommend booking restaurants ahead of time.

Maleny is a hilly and a beautiful town.

Maleny is a hilly and a beautiful town. Lots of little quaint stores and restaurants with amazing views. It is only a short distance to waterfalls, walks and other places like Montville and Mapleton. Highly recommend a visit!

As well as the town centre, there are walks including the one to the platypus viewing platform. There is Baroon Pocket Dam, botanical gardens not too far away and a bird sanctuary. The surrounding countryside is great for driving around to enjoy and explore.

Such a picturesque town, plenty to see and do. Bird World was a highlight for us in the Botanical Gardens. The views are spectacular and there is plenty of walking tracks to stretch the legs and take in the lovely fresh air.

Fantastic value for what you get at this price point. Service was attentive and friendly, at a great peaceful location overlooking the Maleny Hills while you're enjoying your spa. They even cook you breakfast as part of the package, and it is very delicious as well. Some places give you breakfast hampers and you cook yourself, but why bother when they cook it for you as well. A very nice couple escape for a few nights which left us relaxed and recharged.

The location was great and good value for the size of the property - very homely house especially when it was a rainy day and had to stay home. Lovely gardens and outdoor deck. The lovely local shampoos and body wash was a nice touch. Lots of games and books and great coffee machine. Plenty of wardrobe space snd cosy bedrooms. Host was very helpful / would definitely stay again if back to Maleny.

The location is beautiful and the cottages are very comfortable and well appointed for anyone who wants to get away from it all The managers had everything set up to make things easy and the touches like some local cheese in the fridge were great The beds were firm and very comfortable Maleny and the surrounding areas are simply gorgeous - it’s an amazing place to get away to relax

Extremely convenient location for both families & friends to stay and also held our post wedding celebration. The staff at the Maleny Hotel were AMAZING!! Everyone we came into contact were friendly and accommodating. Our group loved the laid-back country pub charm & hospitality which topped off an amazing day.
