Great little country town just over three hours south of Perth. We did take all day to wander through the many picturesque towns on the way down on the SouthWestern Highway. Manjimup is beautiful. Undulating countryside with stunning forests and agricultural land. We had a great pub meal and friendly service at the Manjimup Hotel and a fabulous breakfast at the Two Little Black Birds Cafe. Our mission was to do Manjumup Park run. A small park run (29 competitors on our day out) which starts at the King Jarrah picnic area in stunning bush. Super friendly organisers. We only had time to inspect three op shops before heading home but have a much longer list for our next trip

I'm not a really good person to ask because I go often to visit Manjimup (from Perth) so it feels like a home from home rather than a tourist destination. I have relatives who farm near Manjimup and usually we stay at the farm. But the south-west of WA is a wonderful place to visit, whether you want lots of walking in the Karri forest or along the beautiful rivers, or you are a keen birdwatcher, or you want to relax in the natural beauty of the area and watch the world go by. The Manjimup tourist office is staffed by helpful people who can give you good ideas about what to do and where to eat if you don't want to cater for yourselves. Manjimup is a sweet, unspoiled, old town, where all ordinary needs are catered for.

The hotel is new, and access to local towns and tourist attractions is great. The staff and facilities are top-notch, although still not quite finished (April 25). This hotel will be truly outstanding when fully completed in a few months. Highly recommended.

We came for the Garden Festival and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I'm a photographer and had a ball. I've managed to enter some of my photo's in to the Photography Competition for the Cherry Festival which I'm very much looking forward to attend. Manjimup is a Beautiful Country Town with lots of facilities and attractions and steeped with a fair bit of country history.

Manjimup is a good spot to make your main stay, and then travel to other areas have a look around. there are some good adventures to be had, close by. Manjimup has a lot of options for eating out to suit all budgets, has a couple of supermarkets. Other areas do not give you all of these options. so good to base yourself in Manjimup and visit the other areas to do the touristy things. Has good internet and phone reception in town. Other areas you do hit black spots. Roads are good and well signed. Great little shops and op shops to find some bargains in. A great health food shop for bulk goods. Gluten free options, were offered in all shops we ate at or bought food from.

Manjimup was a beautiful town.

Manjimup was a beautiful town. This was the first time I had actually stayed there and it had lots of interesting places. I really liked the cafe that sold truffle pate and homemade pickles, coffee and bread. I think it was called Hunters .... Anyway it was great. Would have liked to stay longer but maybe next time.

We have stayed at the Manjimup Hotel several times and it has always been perfect for our needs, with very comfortable new beds and a clean pleasant environment all round. After celebrating a family event in Manjimup with six Adults and five kids at near by Tall Timbers tavern, we booked into the hotel for the night and it rounded off a wonderful weekend visiting the magnificent valley of the giants and other attractions that Manjimup has to offer. Definitely worth considering, especially for groups.

Good sized room, bright, fresh and clean. Comfortable beds, storage room for clothes, bags etc. Quiet location, helpful friendly staff. Room does not come with microwave, but you can request one if you need it - which means it is not taking up space when you don't need it, but is available if you do. Food at restaurant was good - massive portions. Was excellent value for money and we will definitely stay here the next time we are in Manjimup.

the property is absolutely stunning! Not far out of Manjimup it’s easy to grab groceries, go out for dinner and grab essentials. the cottages are so neat, tidy and comfortable and already have all the basics you need. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and there are so many added activities available to do with kids at the property. We’ll definitely be back!
