The location suited us for family reasons but apart from that there is good shopping and eateries nearby. We ate at Chongs Kitchen Asian cuisine on Dani`s recommendation and were very happy with the food and service ,especially from Yean.

It had a good choice of international cuisine along the main shopping strip. A very good Vietnamese Noodle house with a very well made Beef Pho for a very good price. Apart from that it was another forgotten outlying area which I imagine would be a depressing little place to live in during the grey and cold winter months.

The satellite City had lots on offer to suit many different age groups. The host Dany was a lovely person who made you feel welcome in her home and beautiful established garden. Great value, lovely place to stay

The standard of the property was exceptional.. the room was great, exactly as advertised. The bistro was lovely and the staff fantastic. Travelling as a solo traveller can at times be rather isolating but Alicia and Diana in the bistro and Mandy on reception made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Having stayed at other properties in the area I have now been so spoilt that there is no other choice moving forward Melton Mantra all the way:)

It is a cute beautiful home, my kids and husband and I all loved our stay. We are a family of 7 so it is hard to find places to accomodate us at affordable prices but this property did not dissapoint! Would recommend this place for families and me and my family will definitely stay there again if we go to Melton again😊. Also the hosts communicate and respond very quickly!!😊

Even in a busy location we weren't bothered by external noise. Location was near to all the venues we needed. Everything that was supposed to work, did so well !!!! Shower water came quickly and direct. Plenty of pillows, bed comfortable, lighting good. A great few days in Melton. Easy access and exit.

Wonderful host and beautiful B&B. Travelled by train, then took an Uber (10mins from the train station). Apparently, there is a bus running from airport to Melton.
