Perfect combo of feeling isolated in the bush while being 10 mins drive from the beach. Homely feel with a touch of luxury and well kitted out kitchen. We used the BBQ, which had all the tools and was easy to clean up after. Loved all the kangaroos hanging around the property (my partner is British and still gets very excited about them). It was only a short 1nt stay, but we have already booked to stay for a longer period over Xmas with my partners family!

Our recent stay at Starfish Beach House was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the property's stunning location, including the breathtaking bay view. A very short stroll to Hyams Beach and the local coffee shop which had great coffee and meals. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen was superbly fitted out, which made self catering so simple - you do not need to bring a thing! - literally not anything! Even a beautiful decanter and Reidel type wine glasses (which is the only way to enjoy fine wine) Gorgeous Ashley and Co products in the bathrooms, and spacious, classic, modern furnishings in all the bedrooms. The living areas and balcony overlooking the beach are just so easy to relax and unwind in. We actually were unlucky to have rain the entire time we were there, but we were so grateful to have such a warm and inviting home to enjoy. Jan, our host was such a pleasure to communicate with, and all the details were provided very clearly and efficiently.
