This new hotel was value for money! We were very nervous about the booking at this foreign place! We stayed for two nights! For tourists like us English Speaking staff were of great help! Esp. Mr. "Said"! He helped us with Sim Card! He also helped us with car booking unfortunately we had to cancel! Ms. Firouza was quite polite in helping us with that issue! Location is not near the centre, which was a bonus as we got to sight see when travelling to and from Nizami and Old baku! Overall we were delighted with the service!

The location, the room and above all the staff of the hotel. The staff was courteous and always thrre to solve any issue that you may face. They truly know how to extend amazing customer service particularly Mr.Seymur, one of their reception staff, who arranged for our trip to Gabala and made sure everyting was perfect all along the way and coordinating with our driver to ensure our trip remains smooth.
