We were upgraded to a family room. While the rooms themselves are unremarkable, ours came with an outdoor terrace facing Old Town. We loved sitting outside. The beds were fine, breakfast was nice, underground parking. In terms of location, this is the perfect place to stay.

The hotel has a free parking spot , the location is great , walking distance to main places. The front desk Tanya was so kind and helpful to us. She is doing her job very well , that is the main reason I give 10 star. I hope she is getting enough payment :) They arrange a bottle of wine since we were in the honeymoon. Staying at Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija in Mostar was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. Jenete's intelligence and empathy shone through as she graciously shared wonderful recommendations for exploring Mostar, and the romantic dinner at the hotel's restaurant was simply exquisite. A heartfelt thank you to Anel for the room upgrade - we found ourselves in a beautifully decorated room with the soothing sounds of the Neretva cascading just outside our window. The fantastic breakfast, along with the warmth and kindness shown by Neila and Adin, truly made our stay memorable. This is a six-star service indeed! The food was simply marvelous, and everything was just perfect. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this marvelous hotel for anyone visiting Mostar, not only for its stunning decor, outstanding staff, and delightful meals, but also for its convenient proximity to all of Mostar's attractions.
