Modern, well presented and close enough to walk along the river into Stolac. There is easy parking and a lovely outdoor terrace area that only opened as we left - it had been raining prior to our stay. Room well fitted out, clean and a good size. We agreed that we had our best night's sleep here- comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Staff were excellent and engaging.

The studio was freshly built and beautifully designed. The location is ideal to get everywhere but what blew us away was the cleanliness and most of all was the hosts. What an incredible stay we had at Family Sakota Country House! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by Svjetlana and Milivoje. Their warmth and genuine hospitality are unmatched. You can see and feel the love and care they have poured into this spacious home, from the tasteful interior to the beautifully maintained garden. The property is simply stunning: a large swimming pool, vast grounds all around the house, and complete privacy and peace. Yet, charming destinations like Mostar, Blagaj and Stolac are only a short drive away. It’s the perfect combination of serene relaxation and cultural day trips. Svjetlana and Milivoje also know all the best places to eat in the region and are happy to share their insider tips. They truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay by three extra days. That’s how relaxed and at ease we felt here. They speak a little English, but with the help of Google Translate and ChatGPT they communicate wonderfully. Always with a smile, patience, and all the time in the world to make sure you are happy. You can feel their pride in their property, and rightfully so. For anyone who wants to experience the warmth of the people in this region, combined with a beautiful home, a huge garden and complete tranquillity, this is an absolute must. The little stream in front of the apartment was very soothing, and I fell asleep right away to the gentle sound of the water. The owner was very kind, waiting for us even though we arrived late.
