Cozy hotel, excellent breakfast, great location, but the real gemm of this hotel is the staff. They are all professional, helpful and friendly. I'd like to especially thank the lady on the reception for really try all and her best to help us with some documents issue, she really looks after her guests. Passing through for one night, we had early check in. We booked the VIP suite and it was great, free water, fruit and sweets left out for us and the mini bar was stocked with non alcoholic drinks. They made up a sofa bed for my son and I had the seperate bedroom. Shower was fine and the living area was fantastic, TV received all foreign channels in all languages. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and place was very clean. The breakfast was fine for us, cereals, toast, sweet things and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. The price for what we had was very cheap when compared to the UK An added extra was the toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, shower caps, they thought of everything

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Day we were leaving our flight was in the afternoon, they let us stay in the room until we had to leave for airport. I will definitely be back. Waiter called Musa made our stay. He made sure we were looked after all at all times. The girls on reception as well. In all honesty I can not wait to come back. Thank you guys 😊
