From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. First and foremost, the hotel's ambiance was simply cozy. The staff at this hotel deserve special mention for their exceptional kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. If you're looking for a cozy retreat with amazing views, a peaceful pool, delicious food, and exceptional service, this is the place to be. Lastly, I have to commend the staff for their willingness to go the extra mile. When we brought along a watermelon for a snack, the staff not only accommodated our request to have it sliced and served but did so with a smile, despite it not being on the menu.
