Early morning check-in was made possible, this is exceptional. At check-out I was allowed to stay on 2 hours more. Staff is very polite and helpful. Front desk superb.

I liked the room specifically decoration. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel manager Heramon is really frankly and helpful guy. Also, other service man are friendly. They provide free breakfast and always make intercom phone call if anything necessary in the room. Very near to the Baridhara diplomatic zone and Gulshan including Banani. There is no traffic jam in this area also available transport 24 hours from the lobby of the hotel.

Amazingly polite and friendly team. Very professional at all times. Airport pick-up was punctual and very comfortable. Great communication throughout made for an excellent stay. Rooftop restaurant was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable, and the value was top-notch.
