I stayed at Jatra flagship Sylhet yesterday, although it is a service apartment, their service is very good. I have traveled to many places in Bangladesh, but I have never found such a service apartment. It was really one of a kind. I especially like their room and management. If you travel to Sylhet, you will find Asad, he is a very smiling person.As if he informed me about various tourist places and rented a board at Ratarkul at a very cheap rate.

Staffs working there are just amazing. They help you in every possible they can. I reached hotel at 6 AM, 6 hours before their regular check-in time. They arranged a room for me to rest till 12 noon then they shifted to my room which i booked. The service they are giving is better than they are charging. Had a wonderful time at Noorjahan Grand.

This hotel was the perfect choice. The room was very spacious, clean and had many amenities. The location was on point and close to everywhere you would need to go. Great price for everything that was included. The staff were amazing and catered to all our needs. They were professional and trustworthy. Anytime we needed anything they would be on hand straight away without hesitation. We were very well looked after. Loved the fact that it also had 24hr room service. We enjoyed a dip in the swimming pool too which was fun. The restaurant staff were great too.
