We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with the experience being really remarkable from start to finish. The staff were very kind and attentive, and assisted and ensured our comfort. The hotel's design is both exciting and modern, with unique design elements in our room. There's a positive atmosphere throughout the hotel, with a great vibe. The hotel is located very close to the main attractions which we liked very much as it’s important to be close to all the main attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We've stayed at numerous fine hotels over the years, but we firmly believe that this hotel served the best breakfast we've ever had. The attention to detail was great, with a vast array of delicious dishes, fresh pastries, and an especially delightful selection of warm dishes, including some tasty pancakes. The breakfast staff were as accommodating as they were efficient, enhancing our morning dining experience. Our special day was made even more memorable with a sweet surprise from the hotel. We anticipate our next stay and are grateful for the wonderful memories made during this visit. Thank you for a great experience! Best regards from the family from Denmark

The famous 13th-century Belfry offers the opportunity to watch the cobbled market place, the Grote Markt, below while 47 bells call out to the city every 15-minutes. Bruges is beautiful with plentiful bars and restaurants to suit any budget. Like most tourist cities, you can expect to pay a little more for food and drink in the best locations but it was not outrageous. There is so much to see and the city is clean and feels very safe. The centre is very walkable but some people who are not so surefooted might find the many cobbled streets tough to negotiate.

One of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever visited.

One of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever visited. This is my third time in Bruges, and it continues to amaze me every single visit. There is something timeless about the city, as if it stepped straight out of a storybook — narrow canals, small bridges, historic brick houses, all wrapped in a calm and charming atmosphere. The city is extremely easy to navigate, even for first-time visitors. You can walk almost everywhere, and the distances between the main sites are short and pleasant. Bruges invites you to slow down, wander through its streets, and discover hidden corners, cozy cafés, and quiet places to simply sit and take in the view. Two of my favorite museums are St. John’s Hospital and the Groeninge Museum. They may not be large, but in my opinion they are among the finest in Europe. Their collections of Early Netherlandish painting are exceptional — intimate, beautifully presented, and deeply rewarding for anyone who loves art. If you’re interested in Van Eyck, Memling, or Flemish painting in general, these museums are a real treasure. In short, Bruges is a place that feels like a new discovery every time. A city with genuine charm, rare beauty, and a soulful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

A great place where to sleep! We stayed one night in the room and we had a great time. Johannes, the owner, is very kind and available. He gave us many information and tips to enjoy Bruges the best. The room is clean and simple, it has everything you need to spend a comfortable night/s. The position is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. I felt very safe and I totally recommend it!

The hotel was in such a beautiful setting. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay here. We were lucky enough to have an amazing dinner ( a pop up restaurant by a star chef), which was an unforgettable experience. Bruges city centre was easy to access from here by a park and ride. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel
