The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. They held our bag while we explored the city and provided several maps and recommendations. There is a bar within the hotel open until 11pm, however, we did not utilize it, but it is a plus! The room was spotless; they even provided slippers and a water bottle.

Glenn was wonderful and took me to a gorgeous room overlooking the garden, beautiful Belgium linen and 2 chocs by the bedside table.. Delicious coffee in the morning and I met the amazing Alix who designed the place, def had that womens touch. It was like a 10 star hotel and yet so tranquil to stay.
