I loved the room and all its retro details, the porcelain set for hands wash, the coffee and tea set, the retro parfum bottles. The terrace was wonderful and I regretted that I did not have enough time to enjoy it. The host was very nice, she sent us detailed instructions before check in. We choose the location because it was close to an event venue where we assisted at a wedding but it is a nice location in very nice and quiet neighborhood perfect for a visit to Bruxelles and around.

Situated in the heart of Brussels, Fleur de Ville provided us with easy access to all the city’s major attractions. It made our short stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The Room: Our original room was modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless, reflecting the fact that the hotel is brand new. After our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. We reported this to the front desk, and we were immediately impressed by how proactive and kind the staff were. They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Luxury room, even had a fake fireplace with convincing flame effect. The spa is excellent, many water features like jacuzzis, swimming pool,,as well as, sauna and hamman options. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.
