It made our short stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The Room: Our original room was modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless, reflecting the fact that the hotel is brand new. After our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. We reported this to the front desk, and we were immediately impressed by how proactive and kind the staff were. They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms!
