We had a stunning room with a great terrace overlooking the lake. The spa is lovely though the sauna was out of order during our visit, however we were gifted with one free access to the spa once I had raised this point upon checking out, which we appreciated. The decoration in the hotel is also lovely, and the food in the restaurant was really tasty.

Everything! From arrival we were greeted with friendly staff who couldn’t help us more if they tried! They were so accommodating and let us check in 1hr early. The food was absolutely fantastic and delicious and the speed of service was incredible and staff were attentive yet laid back all the time! The staff were fluent in English, French and Belgiun which was very helpful! We went for a walk from the hotel doorstep which was beautiful and a nice distance to walk as a family. We were super lucky to experience the snow fall too so as we wanted time to play with our daughter in the snow in the morning they kindly let us check out 1hr late also. We’d love to revisit if the opportunity came up!

The decoration of the property, its own charm of an old farm turned into a hotel, the surroundings and the same property are incredibly beautiful. The Staff of the hotel is very very kind and helpful, we talked with the Chef and Manager of the hotel for a couple of hours, we also had a tour around where he explained us a bit of the story of the hotel. I highly recommend to have dinner in the hotel, the food was a masterpiece, I had an amazing juicy steak with Vegetables, it was perfectly cooked, and I would say, it was one of the best steaks I've had. The breakfast on the next day was also fantastic, with real bread that you can tell it is not your average industrial made bread It really gives you the feeling of a family run hotel and not "just a hotel" Definitely I'll look for another excuse to stay here.

Robertville isn't a destination in itself.

Robertville isn't a destination in itself. Sure, you can enjoy the reservoir and hike in the woods. The village itself is deserted. But for a stopover during a multi-day trip, and especially if you appreciate peace and quiet, it's highly recommended.

Robertville is a dead end, no cafes or restaurants nearby, had a nice meal at Chez Phil but that's it. The surrounding area is beautiful but difficult to reach due to the current roadworks (my GPS wife didn't like it either).

Traveling by car, we explored the entire region, which is very beautiful, from Bulange to Monchau! The autumn scenery was stunning, perfect for walks. The towns were clean, and the green spaces were well-maintained. The locals were very welcoming.

Super nice and friendly host. Ideally located for exploring Reinhardstein, Hautes Fagnes, and more - walking distance for the lake that's great for swimming and family fun. Spacious room (we stayed at the suite with balcony) equipped with 2 small kitchens. Ideal for travelling with family. We really enjoyed the green area next to the hotel - our kids enjoyed just running around. Good breakfast that you could also take away for a picnic. I would definitely choose this hotel next time we stay in that area.

Quite environment (the hotel is in a small countryside village, with balcons overseeing a green lawn and a meadow behind). Spatious room with small table, small living room and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is good (it includes an orange juice, American coffee, 2 small breads served with butter, fruit jelly, ham and cheese, 2 pastries (croissant and chocolate couque).
