Very beautiful Hotel with spa that is perfect. All the procedure was pleasure. The pools was clean and with different temperature. The rooms was comfort mattress .very good food on high expecting. Breakfast like a five star hotel.

The rooms were modern and very clean. The view to the mountain was spectacular. The outdoor swimming pool was nicely heated and all the other facilities like indoor pool, jakuzi, sauna were clean and modern. Breakfast was nice selection. Meals at restaurant were tasty and nicely prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back.

This is a beautiful hotel very close to the Rila Mountains in the city of Sapareva Banya. We enjoyed the location, the wellness area and the rooftop pool as well. The food (both the breakfast and the dinner) is varied and the quality is excellent. The staff were always really kind and nice to us. We will definitely return here in the future.

This cute, family-owned hotel is within walking distance from the center with the museum, mosque, etc. The atmosphere is warm, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is exceptionally kind. Clean and really stylish look. Amazing breakfast. Friendly girl at breakfast who makes high quality coffee. The Spa is really the best. We were alone in Spa 9-10h. 40 degree swimming pool outside.

Staff was very kind and helped us with anything we needed, the breakfast was diverse and tasty. The best part of our stay was enjoying evenings in the backyard which was beautifully decorated and had sun loungers. The surrounding was very quiet and even in the summer the air was fresh.
