The host was amazing – so welcoming, attentive and always available if we needed anything. We didn’t miss a thing – everything was thoughtfully prepared. I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was comfortable and nicely designed. The wifi connection was very strong. It is a real boutique hotel here, especially there are many clean thermal pool options. The staff was polite and friendly. The restaurant offered a very rich open buffet breakfast and very delicious a la carte meals. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the thermal pool after skiing. Also the terrace bar in the facility was very nicely designed. Thank you for everything.

Everything was absolutely perfect and even more ! The kindness of the staff and their reactivity to our requests (extra sheets and blankets, extra shampoo, question for the heating system, etc...), the tranquility of the spa, the view on the mountain, the delicious food at the restaurant. The rooms were perfectly clean and very well decorated, also very spacious, and the premises were very well maintained and taken care of. Probably the best value for money we ever found !! We highly recommend and we will come back for sure !
