Very comfortable rooms, parking free, located in the centre of Pleven, lots of restaurants close and no noise during the night. Staff professional, multilingual speaking, especially Mrs Lily that speaks a perfect Italian and she's alwasy kind with Splendid's customers. For sure I'll return back to be guested of this hotel.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.

Very beautiful and amazing. The place is wonderful, beautiful, cozy and very luxurious. It is located in the city center, very good location. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. The host was too nice and since we arrived late, he welcomed us and accommodated us with a huge smile. The room was clean and had everything needed when traveling hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, microwave. The location is very quiet and there is a large supermarket nearby. Many thanks to Evgeni.

These apartments are just wonderful for individual guests or for the couple. Spacious studio with dining space. The design is super pretty. A lot of light, a very comfortable bathroom. Great kitchen with loads of kitchenware. There are a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, everything you may need. Great for staying in the city, as well as for overnight while traveling!
