We recently stayed at Hotel Malyovitsa and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer their help. We especially appreciated the little touches. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. Really recommended place. Very close to the slopes, it takes 7,8 minutes with child. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For example, when we entered the spa with our child, they immediately asked if we needed a floatie or inflatable armbands. When we went into the playroom and everything was turned off, the receptionist quickly came in and turned everything on for us—just one of many thoughtful gestures. They really paid attention to every detail, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The room was fully equipped with everything we could need—quality bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, mirrors—nothing was missing. Very clean and a little view at the mountain from our room. A wide range of food eventhough we were at the end of season. So cute two huge aquariums in the restaurant - we enjoyed looking at them. The spa center was absolutely fantastic - clean, friendly staff and pretty relaxed. I also have to praise the ski rental—two wonderful people working there, very friendly and helpful. See you next year!

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and warm — very comfortable overall. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water and all necessary amenities. The living room had a large couch that could easily fit four people, and the TV offered many channels. The kitchenette was a big plus — it had a fridge and was perfect for preparing quick snacks. The restaurant served tasty homemade food, and having lunch in the garden while the sun was shining was a real treat. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bar offered a great variety of drinks, and the snack bar was perfect for children who didn’t want to eat at the regular meal times. We also enjoyed the activities — the gaming room was fun, and we went hiking and cycling in the mountains. We definitely plan to come back for a ski vacation! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful — a mesmerizing view of the Rila forest, close to a river, and the air was fresh and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Impeccably clean, both the room and the bathroom. We communicated excellently with the host by phone, at the location being a lady who offered us all her support. Warm, without being exaggerated, an equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a balcony. For a short ski stay it is a good location, halfway between Borovets and Malyovitsa, with both options at hand.
