We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Thank you, Astoria team!

Perfect localisation. Hotel is very clean - room and the other spaces. Very beautiful decor in all hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Very taste breakfast. But the most important is the excellent, proffessional team: manager, reception, restaurat staff and of course cleaning personel. Everyone were very kind, smiled and helpful. We liked this small hotel. It has a great location with a private parking and just a couple of minutes from the beach. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and a livingroom with full size beds and a big bathroom. Room was cleaned every day. Food was not very various, but tasty.

It's a very cozy and comfortable hotel, it has all the basic necessities, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the place is exceptionally clean. I personally really enjoyed having a small balcony area with chairs and a table and even an outlet for laptops. Also, I loved the blossoming linden tree and the wonderful aroma.
