This is the second time I stay here. I like everything. They have outstanding customer service. For example, I arrive earlier than the check-in time and my room was not ready but they offered me another one (and better one) so I could check in immediately. During this super short wait at the reception, they offered coffee. Also, they called for me a taxi and offered coffee meantime I wait. Breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and it’s super well located just 5 min walking from Serdika metro station which have direct connection to the airport. The neighborhood is cool and not dangerous. PD: A friend from Italy told me that 8 min away from the accommodation there’s an Italian restaurant with one of the best pizzas in whole Europe, so we went there and it’s amazing!!! Actually we went there for lunch and dinner. She is from South Italy and said it’s even better than many restaurants in her region Puglia. It is called: Olio d’Oliva.
