We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Thank you, Astoria team!

Perfect vacation, we will definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just spent a week at this hotel and we are absolutely enchanted. It's rare to find a place that can meet every need of a family, but here they managed it perfectly! The first thing you notice is the impeccable cleanliness. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is always sparkling and tidy. Huge praise for the care of the outdoor areas and swimming pools, always perfect and inviting. One of the most appreciated features for our family was the division of the zones: the relaxation area and pool for adults only and the one dedicated to families. This genius idea allows everyone to enjoy their vacation in complete serenity. Congratulations for thinking of this important detail! The management of operating hours was also commendable. The pool bar closing at 10:00 PM is the ideal choice to ensure nightly rest. We slept in total silence every night, which is not a given in a family-friendly hotel. It was rejuvenating. A special thank you goes to the entire reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional. In particular, I would like to thank the Manager, Maria Yaneva: by listening to our needs, she personally and very promptly handled our request, offering and assigning us a more spacious apartment that was perfect for our family unit. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference and made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for this fantastic experience. We will definitely return and will recommend your hotel to all our friends

I honestly was worried at the beginning after reading some reviews from some people, but I loved our vacation at Admiral. It’s true that the additional services like sauna or massage are paid extra but this is absolutely normal. The front beach location is perfect, the outdoor pool is clean and calm, the indoor spa space is relaxing and quite, the food is fine, the cocktails from the bar are very good, the Piano evenings are relaxing, everything was excellent! I recommend it and don’t believe all the reviews, the beauty is the eye of the beholder!

I recently stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel in Golden Sands and had a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, displaying a level of friendliness and professionalism that made us feel right at home. The hotel offers a fantastic all-inclusive food experience, with a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the dining experience was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right on the first line with easy access to the beach. The sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the hotel made our beach days incredibly relaxing and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with our premium sea view room, which was offered to us upon arrival. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Overall, our stay at Palm Beach Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of superb hospitality, diverse all-inclusive dining options, and the prime beachfront location made for an unforgettable vacation.
