Breakfast was delicious and plentiful---a great way to start the day walking and hiking and seeing the sights. The room and balcony was relaxing with a great view. Loved that the staff quickly reserved a taxi for us!

I've been to several hotels in Veliko Turnovo and this is the best ever. The whole building was renovated recently and everything is modern and new. The staff were really nice, kind and professional. The breakfast is amazing, fresh veggies and fruit, freshly made coffee and juice, it went out of my expectations.

There was no hot water, there was no parking space for us,...

There was no hot water, there was no parking space for us, the pictures did not match our room, the restaurant has screens and the staff sometimes does not see that someone is coming in. Otherwise it is very clean and the administrators were polite, we did not eat there except for breakfast, but they warned us that the menu is not very varied.

Interesting city. It certainly exceeded our expectations.

Interesting city. It certainly exceeded our expectations. A peaceful and beautiful place. We ate at "Plevncheto" - a very peaceful place, the food is delicious and worth a visit, at the pizzeria "Demetra" and had coffee at the cafe "Rahovets" - we were satisfied with each place. We also tried the doner kebabs at "Pri Svetlio" - we do not recommend it. The city is easy to navigate.
