Everything was awesome! Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.

Staff was very kind and helped us with anything we needed, the breakfast was diverse and tasty. The best part of our stay was enjoying evenings in the backyard which was beautifully decorated and had sun loungers. The surrounding was very quiet and even in the summer the air was fresh.

We had an amazing experience at Emaly 2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and as a bonus, we had the best waiter who was on his first working day - very funny and helpful and made our experience even better. We choose Guesthouse the rock because of its proximity to the Rila Seven Lakes. The guesthouse looks new. It was clean and had everything we needed. We spoke directly with the owner, and she made the check-in process very smooth. The guesthouse was very thoughtful. We traveled with out medium size dog, and they provided bowls and a bed it was just a very thoughtful gesture. The guesthouse is located in a cute little town with restaurants, beautiful surroundings and wp close to the mountains. Highly recommend.
