The location of the hotel is amazing. We had a breathtaking view from our room. The room itself was beautifuly decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant cosy and serving tasty food. And all that for a very affordable price!

Everything is so clean, comfortable and stylish. The underground parking is really useful. But the best thing about this lovely hotel is the staff. In particular, Plamen on reception is exceptional. I cannot praise him enough for all his help. We will definitely be returning.

The view from our window was amazing! The staff was also very good. The gentleman receptionist (I don't remember his name) was extremely helpful. He gave us many tips as to what to see and where to eat and all of it was excellent!

I've been to several hotels in Veliko Turnovo and this is the best ever. The whole building was renovated recently and everything is modern and new. The staff were really nice, kind and professional. The breakfast is amazing, fresh veggies and fruit, freshly made coffee and juice, it went out of my expectations.
