We have been a large group of 8 family members & friends travelling through Bulgaria & the Castro Mesembria Boutique Hotel was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We have reserved the 2 top rooms: the QUEEN & the KING apartments as we wanted to have some private space at night... During our stay we have been the only guests in the hotel & the manager PETKO has done his best efforts to make our stay a real success. The entire hotel is of an unique size & built to very high standards & very tastefully decorated, all bed linen are of linen from ZARA HOME. The 2 apartments are extremely spacious & tastefully decorated, there are NESPRESSO coffee mashines with free capsules available, the kitchens are of high quality & MIELE appliances. The KING APARTMENT is slightly bigger & offers a large private terrace overlooking the patio with the restaurant terrace. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel (both of them have been still closed during our stay) but they should be open soon. Despite some minor improovements needed: we can highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to be midst in NESSEBARs old town an UNSECSO HERTITAGE sight.

The Hotel is situated in the Old Town that makes it a true gem! You can watch Old Nessebar from your window while lying on your bed, and reach the best parts of the town easily. It is in a zone accessible with a special entry permit, but you can go in with your reservation papers for a short time to leave your luggage and you'll need to park your car in a payparking area not too far. Hotel has spacious apartments with a small fridge, air conditioning (needed!). It has a stylish and fresh furnishing and bathroom, but still has the atmosphere of an old building. We loved it.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff is amazing, and the view is stunning, especially from the outdoor pool. The rooms have high ceilings, so you don’t feel like you’re in a shoebox, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful, featuring a large shower. The food was excellent, even for a picky eater like myself. If you have dietary restrictions or follow a specific diet, you’ll find plenty of options. The drinks weren’t the best, but there was always something to enjoy. On the other hand, the coffee was unexpectedly good! The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service area with drinks and sandwiches, which is perfect if you get hungry late at night or between meals. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely be back!

The hotel was really nice and clean, room was spacious and it had everything needed, bed was awesome! Food was very tasty and its variety was wonderful, location was wonderful as well and it’s a great advantage to have a dedicated beach zone for the guests! We would definitely come back again!
