Amazing location, nice hotel, small swimming pool though. The food (dinner) was very nice. At the breakfast we could order and they made it then so it was fresh and nice. The waitress didn't speak English, so it was a bit difficult and didn't get exactly what we ordered, but who cares, it was nice enough.

Good location, 10 mins drive to Seven Rila Lakes Chairlift station and right opposite a beautiful forest. Our experience with both the front desk and restaurant staff are great. Breakfast is varied and lots to offer. We asked for lower floor to minimize lugging of bags upstairs since there’s no elevator. The view from the room is still fantastic despite the lower floor. Room is clean and more spacious than expected.

The hotel is wonderful! The staff - at the reception, in the spa area and in the restaurant, is very friendly. Very clean in all areas. There is a large and children's pool - both with warm mineral water. We had a reservation with dinner and breakfast included - the food is varied and delicious, and the coffee is very good.I recommend the hotel!

We had an amazing experience at Emaly 2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The apartment was lovely and the pool area great. Everything you need is within walking distance (restaurants, shops, cafés etc.). The stuff is really helpful and super friendly. You can always reach someone via phone in case you need assistance with transportation or anything else. We loved staying here and can highly recommend this guest house.
