At this hotel i relaxed at my best! 1. The location is near the beach, has a lot of restaurants, markets and parking spots (safe but for cost) 2. The stuff is attentive, receptive and nice. 3. All the food was delicious, the beakefast starts at 7:30 - 10:00, at they have late breakefast from 10:30, the kitchen is open till 21:00 4. The bed was another level of comfort, i slept like a baby 5. The wi-fi was good 6. The room was realy clean and spacious 7. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room 8. You can let to know the stuf that you want your room to be cleaned, by turning the paper on the door handle 9. They accept credt card payments 10. The faucet and air conditioner work realy good, i tent to mention that because it'a a rare thing in hotels)) 11. 16+ hotel, so it was quiet and realxing 12. The sea was clean and the beachclubs are good As a conclusion - i strongly recomand this place!

You have to firstly start off by saying the staff make this place ! This hotel must have an amazing staff training program as they were just amazing.So professional and attentive to all your needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is first class.The hotel is very modern.The rooms are large with very comfortable beds.Bathrooms/shower are large and very good.Powerful hair dryers and shampoos and soaps provided.The buffet style restaurant was very good.Fresh food and plenty choice was available.The bar was fully stocked with very good choice for a fully inclusive resort.Wines and beers where very good.The swimming pool area was very good and entertainment staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly visit again.

Food was great! They still use the other hotel in the near, The Imperial Palace Hotel for all-inclusive guests but that really isn't the issue. It is a one minute walk. The hotel is located very close to the beach and the promenade with all the local shops. The manager at the front desk was very cool and helpful! If necessary there is a supermarket next to the place.

Room 638, seaview. Everything was great. Huge Thank You to the Front Office Manager, who was always friendly, with clear communication, and made sure we can stay in the same room for 1 more unplanned night. We even found a small present in our room after booking the room for one more night. Otherwise, the room was very nice and modern, bed comfortable, food varied and was tasty (different theme cuisines during the week - bulgarian, italian, mexican), pool area with a pool bar and hotel beach area with the umbrellas and sunbathing chairs and water activities. I liked that the hotel isn't directly open to the lively and noisy promenade, so it was rather quiet stay but at the same time it was just 100m from the promenade so you could easily access it and the beach. I also really appreciate that my wishes in the Booking comments were all nicely fulfilled, I asked for the seaview and definitely separate beds as travelling with my teenage son - and all was arranged exactly as asked. I have to agree with some previous comments that the hotel could figure out smth how to make sure people don't "reserve" the chairs with the towel at the pool and beach for too long, and not show up for hours so that the ones who want to use it can not do it. I saw an A4 sign at the beach area that after 1 hour, those towels will be removed but they were not. Maybe not allow it at all? Or really have a staff member to check it. I don't write it as negative aspect as it's smth the people do, and its not a hotel fault - rather suggesting an improvement. I always found a chair but people that came later were often on the sand f.e. For one family of 3 who looked through the whole area and couldn't find free chairs, I told that the 3 "reserved" chairs next to me on the beach have been here alone for 3 hours, so they could ignore the towel and take the chairs. They did.. and for the next 2 hour, no onee came to claim their reserved spot.
