I decided to stay here (overnight) primarily becase of reasonable price and parking (free, actually). The staff at the reception was nice, even though I arrived at 23:40. My opinion is that the hotel ir primarily aimed to freelancers and digital nomads, as average age of guests is under 30 IMO. Room was spotlessly clean and equipped just enough to ensure a pleasant stay (do not look for free amenities etc.) Breakfast (paid) was just right for everyone to find something to eat (although I have been there alone and it looked like only a few people pay for it). Al in all, my short stay there was very pleasant and given the free parking and nice joyful paintings on the walls everywhere this is a clear recommendation! Will stay there next time...

The Hotel has a lot of charm and the location is very good. Everything is very clean. But what makes it very special and so far the best Hotel we have been to on our trip through Bulgaria is the lady at the reception, she is very friendly, helpful and a good host, we are a 10. And we know what we're talking about, because we are hoteliers, employees like her are the ones who make everything unique. Thanks for everything

Good location, good breakfast, good staff. So far it's the best hotel in Varna I've visited. You should definitely order omelette and try sandwiches there, it's really tasty food and friendly atmosphere!

Very lovely and compact if you're staying near Varna Beach.

Very lovely and compact if you're staying near Varna Beach. Huge pedestrian zone, easy to navigate the city (I used Google Maps the first day, and then I was roaming like a native). Loved the huge stretch of park along the coast, all the restaurants and bars. I arrived just as school started, so on the fringe of the season. People very, very friendly. Absolutely loved the beach bar and restaurant Pechkata and the Sea View. Calamar Bar. And my favorite, The Forrest. Swam with the dolphins at the dolphinarium (fantastic!) and even bumped a jellyfish on the head by accident (lucky that, but the poor sucker ended up on the beach two days later). For my first visit to Bulgaria, very positive (I mean, the jellyfish did NOT sting me, so there is that).

From a tourism perspective, it's not a very interesting city...

From a tourism perspective, it's not a very interesting city. It has a large park, a less impressive pedestrian street, and a long beach that is crowded and littered (lots of cigarette butts are scattered around). There are a few scattered socialist-era sights still in the city. I would recommend visiting the nearby Balchik instead.

the location is prime. just a short walk to buses, sea garden and the beautiful church. there are so many shops, including minimarts and boutiques, as well as casual places to eat nearby, which is so helpful. they were very good at answering messages via booking.com, accommodating allowing a late checkout and allowing me to leave my suitcase after checking out until i had to leave varna. there was a great AC system working very well, working tv, and hairdryer. the hotel also has a lift!

I took an upgrade which meant my lovely room was at the front of the hotel with a very leafy view of the huge trees in the street and they shadowed my windows which I enjoyed. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, cafes, museums, churches and restaurants. The breakfast was also nice. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Its the third year I return to Ecoclub, and it's never been disappointing. It's one of the most beautiful camping places in Bulgaria. This time I've stayed in one of the bungalows, which are perfectly build and positioned in order to be able to spend the afternoon sleeping, rather than burning alive on the beach.
