I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Victor and the team were extremely helpful - providing useful solutions to any queries I had, as well as arranging taxi's whenever I needed it. The hotel is well located and it's evident that a lot of thought has gone into the design of the rooms. I look forward to coming back in the hopefully not too distant future!

Staff are welcome and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, I was lucky as they gave me a room with no one else in it but there were rooms occupied by other guests. The patio area is nice to chill and close to the minivans to go to the centre which is only a 25 minute walk or other places. Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, plates, bowls, chips, cutlery, fridge, panini machine, kettle etc.

The room was very spacious and nice. The bed was super comfortabel. We arrived early in the morning and the room was already available. My boyfriend had an ear infection and they suggested a doctor and helped us call the doctor who visited us in the hotel afterwards. The laundry service was very quick. We had to leave again very early in the morning and the personnel made sure the breakfast was ready for us. The breakfast was good and the personnel was very helpful with everything. Nice atmosphere, good location. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Mitru Express was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, with a large hot shower that felt great after a long day. The view from the 8th-floor restaurant where breakfast is served was absolutely stunning. A perfect way to start the morning. The value for money is really good, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage for the day after check-out and even printed our bus tickets with a smile, such thoughtful service! Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in the city.
