Very comfortable beds. The host is very helpful. The bar across the square (run by the same owner) has an excellent vibe. Reasonable rates. 5⭐

We went two days to see see some pretty well-pronounced dinosaur footprints, the Umajalanta Caverns and Ciudad de Itas, and finally the Vergel canyon. Both the Caverns and the Vergal are exhausting, heavy walks, warm, the caverns you need to use ropes and get down to and get through narrow passages, but good fun and worth it.

Magnificent landscapes brimming with wonders.

Magnificent landscapes brimming with wonders. The village women continue to hand-weave beautiful fabrics; don't hesitate to chat with them at the shop next to the ticket office for tours!

The town is very colonial and welcoming.

The town is very colonial and welcoming. The information about the parks isn't very good because you need to be in good physical condition to do the tours. My advice is to do the Huma Halanta cave in the morning on the first day and another park in the afternoon if you're up to it. The altitude also counts as another physical experience; you reach 3730 meters.

It's a fantastic place for adventure lovers, hikers, explorers, and trekkers, and a beautifully decorated site where children can feel the presence of dinosaurs. Exploring the cave is an unforgettable experience!

Toro Toro is a privileged place with many unique and special attractions, unlike any other in the world. It's highly recommended to leave the cave for last, as it's the highlight. The lush greenery and town of Itas are also unmissable. The guides are essential; they are friendly and welcoming. The evenings are peaceful, with very affordable restaurants offering basic food and good wine.

The guided tours are very interesting.

The guided tours are very interesting. When booking the cave tour, it would have been helpful to be informed that it's not really suitable for older people (66 and 76). You need two full days to see everything.
