A great marketing exercise that quickly turns into a nightmare, arriving late at night without any support and zero commitment for basic hospitality. The owner shows an arrogant and disrespectful behaviour towards foreigner travellers. Not proposing any solution nor apologies for the unpleasant experience. We wish the rooms would look and feel like the images shown on booking.com.
