The host, the facilities, the location, the massive garden, the cleanliness, the beauty of the architecture and design. EVERYTHING. The photos don’t do justice…it is even way more beautiful and cleaner than what it looks in the photos. We stayed in the private room with private bathroom - a gem!!! This is the best hostel I have been to. It’s more of a 5 star boutique hotel but without pretentious people

For those who enjoy hiking, it's the perfect place to access...

For those who enjoy hiking, it's the perfect place to access the Rio do Boi Trail and the Malacara Canyon. It's also easily accessible for visiting the Itaimbezinho Canyon. A must-do is the hot air balloon ride, an incredible experience available in few places in the world and super affordable in the city.

A place of trails, waterfalls, and canyons.

A place of trails, waterfalls, and canyons. Great for escaping the ordinary at any time of year. The more challenging trails are always done with guides. Other excursions like 4x4, quad biking, and hot air ballooning are a separate and very worthwhile experience. The tip is to have a car to get around the city and the start of the trails.

The small house was in the middle of the forest on the end of a dirt road, so it is perfect for people who want to get out to nature and away from the crowd. Our house was spacious and had big windows on two sides through which the sunrise could be admired from the bed. There are no restaurants on site and you'll definitely need a car to reach the hotel. The owners are super nice, they do not speak any English but still took very good care for us. They took us on a little hike to the waterfall close by.
