It's not a 4-star hotel. It's in need of maintenance. If you want to relax or enjoy the surrounding nature, it's impossible with the loud music. 😓 The menu food is basic and repetitive.

Several restaurants and bars in the city are closed for the holidays. Considering that it is a city with a tourist vocation, it should offer more diversity of entertainment venues and reconsider closing for the holidays during peak season.

São Carlos is a beautiful and welcoming little town.

São Carlos is a beautiful and welcoming little town. I felt extremely safe and welcome. The food everywhere I went was excellent and offered great value for money. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. I would return to this city many times.

It was very good, it needs some adjustments/renovations, but overall it was very good. The restaurant had some flies, that needs to be resolved, and the water should be colder in the shower, hot tub, jacuzzi, and children's pool.

For now, it's not worth it; they need to make a significant overall investment, as many things are as old as the hotel itself. The room furniture is old and damaged, the beds are in terrible condition, and the pools are extremely dirty. I didn't see anyone cleaning them. In general, everything is very run-down.

The hotel is a few kilometers from the city, but this doesn't hinder anything, as it's easily accessible if needed. All meals can be prepared at the hotel, which is very convenient. The pool water is thermal, so it maintains a pleasant temperature, even on rainy days. São Carlos is a small and cozy city, but it doesn't have any significant attractions besides the thermal water pools.
