The room and close proximity to everything we wanted to do in Abbotsford. Breakfast was good and easy to access within the building. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had lots of space that made it very comfortable.

One of the best beds we have slept in our entire holiday throughout US!! The suites are awesome! Perfect sizing has all the necessities, great value for their pricing! Wish we had locked in another night but they were sold out, definitely recommend!!

The reception from both hosts was authentic and gracious. They were most accommodating to every need. The home's design is beautiful and was custom-made for their guests. We were given free breakfast and dinner meals when we accommodated a change of room and that made all the difference in our stay as we were then able to get to know the hosts and their family and helpers. It felt like home! We also had our pet and we could easily care for him and enjoyed his interactions with their family, so he felt welcome as well.

Some amazing restaurants - even in unexpected locations. All the amenities you need nearby. Easy access to some beautiful hiking (30-60 min. away). Also some nice places for walking right in town. So much nicer flying into this small airport vs. Vancouver.

When I going to your property like room.then I saw the bed is too small.And on the mattress and blanket red cyrcle like blood,After one hour I told to your staff please change the room,he saw my room.i am right.but he blame to me it’s your blood.so it’s wrong.

Abbotsford is a nice town and a great place to base yourself...

Abbotsford is a nice town and a great place to base yourself to explore the historic area. We would highly recommend the quaint town of Langley, and the historic fur trading fort near the banks of the Fraser River.

Its an excellent place to stop over if you have a flight the...

Its an excellent place to stop over if you have a flight the next day. It is easy to get to Vancouver airport and take around 60 to 90 minutes skirting the US border. The town itself is busy - lots of traffic and not what we found in the rest of our Rockies trip. Beyond the town looks lovely though with some really beautiful countryside around it.

There was nothing I liked about this place, it's a dump with homeless people and drug addict's hanging around. Grounds are a mess, rooms are a mess. Dirty disgusting place. Don't stay here

There were no bugs.

There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs. The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.

The owner Anita is very kind and friendly. I made a non-refundable booking by mistake, and Anita is very kind to allow cancellation and provided full refund. I would be happy to re-book this place next time I come to Abbotsford. I actually went there and Anita showed me the interior. Nice and clean all rooms are on Bed And Breakfast . they dont live here. The dining area looking amazing with all the set up. for the huge breakfast buffet. I will sure come here

Am very surprised , I had the most amazing stay and Highly recommend this B&B. its a very beautiful home turned into a little hotelier thing with amazing breakfast . eat all you can and take out as well. She is a very nice host and takes care of guests very well. all appliances are set up to your needs, breakfast is all around the kitchen with a sandwich bar in the center with 4 different types of meat . amazing

This is a great place to stay in Abbotsford ! Me and my 2 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we come back to BC again. It is super clean and has everything you need and the hosts are very kind and attentive- This room is downstairs and We loved it with the yard view. We spent some time ion the yard as well. Yummy and lots of breakfast Thanks for an amazing stay!

This hotel was better than expected, easy to get to, good location and close to shopping and major transport routes and the staff were lovely. We had a big room which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was included and was a bonus for us. It offered a good basic breakfast with great coffee on tap.
