Polite and helpful personnel at the reception regarding information on the hotel, restaurants around and getting to the lake. Good location. Beautiful views. We stayed in Baker Creek as a family with 2 kids. Our stay was quite comfortable. The kitchen is relatively well equipped, the coffee is very tasty. The beds are comfortable. All windows and a balcony door have mosquito net. The nature around the hotel is wonderful. You see at least one squirrel whenever you leave the house, they are literally everywhere in the resort. I don't understand the complaints about Wi-Fi. It worked very well in our house during our stay. It was very handy due to the absence of mobile connection. The shop has all the basic supplies and the hot dog was very tasty, according to my son. They have one washer and one dryer for shared use.

It’s is a very nice place. The staff are friendly. The place have a nice rustic cottage feel to it. I stay there again. Much better than Banff.

Location, comfort and an all-inclusive stay. The surrounding area is quiet and absolutely breathtaking. Open fires, indoor heating, modern furnishings and beautiful blankets from Anián ensured warmth and a sense of luxury. The Furo tub was a lovely addition to the Num-Ti-Jah room. Shared meals with limited access to internet meant we made new friends and I had my husband all to myself!

The beautiful setting, so peaceful. Great facilities, kitchen kept tidy. Great stopover.

What a beautiful place and the cabin was so wonderfuly equipped, even with toiletries! The kids loved it and loved the playground outside. We were really sad to leave.
