A pleasant surprise, just 5-10 minutes on foot from the view of the falls but at the same time far enough to not hear the noise of the amusement park in the city center (the center of Niagara Falls was, in fact, an unpleasant surprise…). The location is therefore excellent, and the room is very spacious, with the possibility to cook and eat in the room. The structure has recently open and the price (August 2024) was very competitive compared to other hotels

Receptionist- We arrived three hours before check-in and it was snowing heavily outside, the receptionist was nice enough to let us check-in early. Location- Restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Room- room was very spacious and clean.

Absolutely everything! Staff were fantastic when we arrived at 1am, gave us an upgrade to the high floors with an incredible view of Niagara Falls! We stayed room 2127 on the 21st floor. Rooms are beautiful, big and clean. Bathroom was also a great size, very clean and had a jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again!

It was clean main areas were kept clean . No room service was offered as I was told the cleaning crew would come around on Friday ( day we leaving). That was not an issue for us, we kept our room clean. The staff were courteous, helpful and very informative. Breakfast was offered each morning , a great variety including hot abs cold choices.

We had a wonderful five-day stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We stayed in a fantastic room with a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The hotel location is amazing. Very close to everything. 10 min walk to the falls, lots of restaurants and beautiful view. The staff was very nice. We arrived early morning and they put our room in a priority to be cleaned so we could do early check-in.

It was in the heart of it all!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed! It’s in a perfect location! Your feet hurt, rooms right there, you bought stuff and didn’t want to carry it, your rooms right there! We didn’t need our car or an Uber the entire time we where there. Everything was in walking distance! We have stayed in the high end hotels in Niagara Falls and I will not be paying those prices again!
