Everything was spotless clean. Staff was great and super helpful. Breakfast was perfect and a lot of variety. They have a variety of microwave food to buy that saves you a lot of time and money when you just want to eat and rest after a long trip. The shuttle from airport comes every half an hour which is very convenient. We rested after a very long trip and I could not think there is place that can be better after a long trip. We will stay again in here next time we are in Vancouver.

I had a great experience at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was a huge plus and made arrival stress-free. The hotel is also just a short walk from the train station, which made getting into the city really easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay – from check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful and kind. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vancouver!

I did not spend much time in Richmond this trip, as I came in to see the Lene Lovich show at the Rickshaw theatre in Vancouver. I am however familiar with, and drawn to Richmond, particularly for it's diversity in both people and entertainment options.

Richmond is a very beautiful city.

Richmond is a very beautiful city. It is very clean, and the natives are extremely helpful and friendly. The Public Transportation system is very comprehensive and very easy to navigate. {Elvin and Kitty August 2025}

Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok.

Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok. It was a reasonable ride to Vancouver, not far from the airport. We felt safe in the area where Sandman is. We used Uber to get to the cruise and the hotel shuttle fir the airport. I was surprised they didn't have a shuttle for the cruise ships even if they charged.

Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful.

Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful. Close to Steveston Waterfront. You do need a car, but there are so many excellent restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront, and the Britannia Shipyards was a must see.

I enjoyed being in Richmond, nice quiet area traffic wasn’t too bad, if I were to ever go back I would definitely stay in the same hotel, I enjoyed visiting people from all walks of life and amazed to hear where they arrived from and where they’re travelling to, I was fascinated with one traveller when he said he was going on an Alaskan cruise!

We stayed here for 3 knights while visiting family. We are originally from Richmond and our first time staying at this hotel. For the time of the season and value this is great. We really just needed a place to sleep as we went out most of the days. We didnt need housekeeping. The breakfast included is also great and enough for my liking. There is a chinese restaurant attached to the hotel which is also great but we didnt try it. The staff are friendly! We slept well and thats a good plus.

This hotel is modern, stylish and has a very fresh and uplifting approach to decor. The room was spacious and well appointed with luxurious bedding, robes, slippers and attention to detail. It was a stunning view over the mountains and so close to the airport. An unexpected bonus was the close proximity to the Richmond Night Market which was fun to visit.
