Everything in this house was excellent. We really liked it. Clean, spacious, friendly, quiet, safe, nice people. This is the first time in my life that I gave 10/10 to somebody. My job is tied up with travel. I have seen more than 3000 hotels everywhere on the earth, EU, UK, North amercia, asia, and so on. This was the first time i saw everything in one single cozy place. There is a reason why people gave such a good remark. The house is much better than advertisement and it was in excellent condition. Parking was well protected by private cameras. The risk of theft is very low. The area is quite safe.

Having never stayed at the Imperia chain of properties, I did not know what to expect, thus was pleasantly surprised by my 2-night stay in general and the professional staff in particular. Having an in-house restaurant/bar with efficient, yet pleasant service is definitely a plus point. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom well equipped with the hand-held shower-head especially appreciated. This Imperia hotel will become my so-called 'pied-à-terre' for all my forthcoming business visits in the area, no question.

the hotel let me have the room knowing the TV did not work- instead of lettting me make the choice to stay or go- the bottom sheet did not fit on the bed leaving me exposed to the germs of other people sleepning there prior to me. When I reported this they did niot care- told me iwas viseotrons problem and speak to the maid service it is beutiful hotel but my stay was rotten- When i suggested they should reduce the price their answer was they were all sold out so forget it
