    Windsor wasn't exactly a cultural experience, although it did seem to have a diverse population, which was nice to see. We didn't find any hip shopping districts or cool "strips." The view of the river and the Detroit skyline was very cool, and many people were utilizing the riverwalk in the evening after dark. There were plenty of identifiable security personnel who made even the less-lit areas of the park feel relatively safe.

    Point PELEE was great.

    Point PELEE was great. Not enough time to also take the ferry out of Leamington to Pelee Islands. Nor enough time to find the big tomato in Leamington, tomato capital. The bridges to U.S.A. were great. Should have brought my passport to go across and back. Assumption Catholic Church under the Ambassador Bridge near the University of Windsor was on our itinerary and we did not miss it Easter Sunday.

    Was not a good experience.The price did not reflect good value. I felt it was like an economy motel, not $250.00. Atmoshere was cold and uninviting, narrow hallways and funny layout of rooms. The floors were ice cold when we got into the room and it took about an hour to get somewhat heated up. On top of this, we had to pay $19.00 extra just for parking which was not on the your website. I hate complaning and haven’t in the past but this is becoming a habit. We stay in other hotels and have a great experience but lately, not with Booking.com

    Listen, Windsor has taken a serious nose dive.

    Listen, Windsor has taken a serious nose dive. Zombie like creatures, presumably drug addicts everywhere. I was going to attach my video of this for my review but opted not to. Don't listen to most politicians and downtown core advocates. Unless you're a teenager or young American looking to get drunk, NOBODY who has real options spends their time or Money in downtown windsor.

    I have friends there so that's the reason I stay overnight, it's a border city so it's easy access to Detroit. it has a big Arab population so it is great Arabic food in many Arabic restaurants.

    Great location with a great view. Riverview rooms cheaper than Caesars Windsor. Nice big screen tv. Very comfortable king size bed. Had a mini frig, yummy Nespresso coffee, an inroom safe and nice toiletries. The heating/cooling system worked great and the whole place is connected to the parking garage across the street by a glass walk through. And the best thing of all was the yummy cookies you receive at the front desk each day. LOL

    Now i have stayed in many airbnbs or places on booking.com because of my line of work I travel somewhere pretty much every week. The master room i stayed in felt like my place very clean and nice. great shower and bed. Even if you get one of the smaller rooms the beds are still comfy. I tested it so to say...Also the price you pay is very fair. good location close to downtown food and everything nearby.

    Let's face it. This isn't the Ritz Carlton. But if you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night, this is your best bet in Windsor. The best part - this was the cleanest motel I've ever seen. Absolutely spotless.
