Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. Best breakfast and very friendly staff serving us with hot coffee every morning Bus stop right at the door step with Lake Brienz and Lake Thun cruise next to it. Everything! The view is excellent, the bed was really comfortable, clean and warm lights!! I cannot stress this enough but it really feels like a hospital when hotels put white lights but fortunately this was not the case. The host was also super nice and gave us plenty of advice for the Thun area.
